Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken breast (diced)
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 2 gloves of garlic
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in a pot. Saute the chicken pieces that you have cut into cubes. Transfer them to a bowl and set aside.
  • Add oil to the pan again if necessary and sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic until the onion becomes transparent. Transfer the onion and garlic to the bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the flour, curry, salt and pepper. Add the milk and mix well.
  • Pour the prepared sauce into the pot and cook over low heat, stirring until it reaches a thick consistency.
  • After about 10 minutes, when the sauce has thickened, add the chicken, onion and garlic back into the pot. Mix together with the curry sauce.
