Try this hamburger patty recipe to make a delicious burger at home! Only 4 ingredients needed!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg ground Beef (20% fat is ideal)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp blackpepper
  • 3 tbsp ketchup

Instructions
 

  • After adding ketchup, salt and pepper to the ground beef, knead all the ingredients. (Do not knead too much)
  • Divide into portions of approximately 100-120 grams.
  • Shape the meatballs with your hands or use a burger press.
  • You can cook hamburger patties in a pan or in the oven. Be careful not to overcook and dry it.
  • Bake in the oven at 200°C/400°F for 20 minutes.

Notes

***Before using the burger press, wet it with water first to prevent the meat from sticking it. Or use plastic wrap on both sides.
