Lady fingers dessert recipe; with its wonderful cream, it is a perfect summer cake that you will want to make frequently on hot days.

Cream:
- 1 lt milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp starch wheat or corn starch
- 1 pack of vanillin or 1 tsp vanilla
- 200 g labneh cheese
- ½ cup chocolate chips or 2-3 tbsp of cocoa powder
Base:
- 16 lady fingers biscuits 1+½ pack
- ½ cup milk to soak the biscuits
Put milk, flour, starch, vanilla, sugar and eggs in the pot. Mix well with a whisk and cook.
When the cream thickens, turn off the heat and set aside to cool. Don’t forget to stir occasionally so that it doesn’t form a crust on top.
When it cools down, add the labneh cheese and mix.
Fill a glass with milk and dip the lady fingers biscuits into the milk.
Arrange the biscuits in the mold of your choice, sugar side up.
Pour half of the cream over the biscuits and spread.
Add cocoa (or chocolate) to the remaining half. Mix well. Pour the chocolate cream over the plain one and smooth it out.
Cover it with stretch film and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until it is completely cold.
Sprinkle cocoa on top before serving. Optionally, you can also decorate with fruits and nuts.
