Tahini Bread Recipe

Tahini bread is prepared without even using almond flour or coconut flour. It is grain-free, gluten-free and ketogenic.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tbsp granulated sweetener erythritol/monk fruit/stevia etc.
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup tahini 250g
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame to sprinkle

Instructions
 

  • Put the egg, sugar, salt, tahini and water into the mixing bowl. Beat it.
  • Add the baking powder and baking soda and pour the vinegar over it, it will foam.
  • Continue whisking until it becomes homogeneous.
  • Mix quickly and pour into the greased mold. I used silicone mold.
  • You can sprinkle sesame seeds on it. Bake in the oven at 180℃ or 350℉ for 30-35 minutes.

Notes

Note: When you open the oven while the tahini bread is baking, smoke will appear. This is quite normal since tahini is a food with high fat content.
