Instructions
Put the egg, sugar, salt, tahini and water into the mixing bowl. Beat it.
Add the baking powder and baking soda and pour the vinegar over it, it will foam.
Continue whisking until it becomes homogeneous.
Mix quickly and pour into the greased mold. I used silicone mold.
You can sprinkle sesame seeds on it. Bake in the oven at 180℃ or 350℉ for 30-35 minutes.
Notes
Note:
When you open the oven while the tahini bread is baking, smoke will appear. This is quite normal since tahini is a food with high fat content.
