Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef I used low fat
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 10-12 sprigs of parsley finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic optional
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chili pepper I used aleppo pepper
  • 1 pinch cumin optional
  • 1 pinch turmeric optional

Instructions
 

  • Chop the onion and parsley as finely as possible. Optionally, you can crush and add 1 clove of garlic.
  • If your meat is fatty, you don’t need to add extra oil. But if you are using low-fat meat, you should add olive oil.
  • Add salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes or red pepper powder, a small amount of turmeric (optional) and cumin (optional).
  • Knead all the ingredients thoroughly. Shape it as you wish.
  • Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket. Spray oil in the basket beforehand.
  • Cook at 190°C/374°F for 8 minutes. Then turn the meatballs and cook for another 2 minutes. Time will vary depending on the size of the meatballs. Meatballs should be cooked until the center of the meatball reaches 74°C/165°F.
