A great alternative to potato chips on keto. These chips are egg-free and only 0.3 grams of net carbs each!

- 1 avocado ripe
- ¾ cup grated cheese 90g
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp chili flakes
First, mash a ripe avocado with a fork.
Add grated cheese into it. You can use any spices you like at this stage. I used garlic powder, chili pepper and salt.
Mix the ingredients and divide into portions on parchment or silpat. The thinner you make the chips, the crispier they will be.
Bake at 170°C or 340°F for 30 minutes until the chips are golden brown and crispy. The time may vary from oven to oven.
