A great alternative to potato chips on keto. These chips are egg-free and only 0.3 grams of net carbs each!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado ripe
  • ¾ cup grated cheese 90g
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp chili flakes

Instructions
 

  • First, mash a ripe avocado with a fork.
  • Add grated cheese into it. You can use any spices you like at this stage. I used garlic powder, chili pepper and salt.
  • Mix the ingredients and divide into portions on parchment or silpat. The thinner you make the chips, the crispier they will be.
  • Bake at 170°C or 340°F for 30 minutes until the chips are golden brown and crispy. The time may vary from oven to oven.
