- 1 celery root
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chili flakes optional
- 1 tsp garlic powder optional
After washing and peeling the celery root, cut it into strips. Cut it into thin slices, just like french fries (1/4 inch sticks), and place them in a bowl.
Add olive oil, salt, black pepper and any other spices you want to the bowl. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Pour celery sticks onto the baking tray. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C/400°F with fan setting for 20-25 minutes. It means it is cooked when the tips turn golden.
