Ingredients

  • 4 medium sized potatoes
  • frying oil 2 tablespoons of oil is enough for the oven or air fryer

Meat:

  • 500 g ground beef
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chili pepper

Garlic Yogurt:

  • 500 g yogurt If the consistency is thick, dilute with milk.
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • First, cut the potatoes into strips to the desired thickness. Then deep fry in hot oil.
  • To make it without frying; coat the potatoes with 1-2 tbsp of olive oil and mix with salt and black pepper. Cook either in the oven or in the air fryer. Bake in the oven at 200℃/400℉ and in the air fryer at 160℃/320℉ on the potato setting for about 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare your garlic yogurt. If the consistency of the yogurt is thick, you can dilute it with a little milk. Add the crushed garlic to the yogurt with a pinch of salt and mix.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the ground beef. Roast the meat until it absorbs its water and add salt, black pepper and chili pepper. If you are going to use frozen meat, put it directly into the oil-free pan, add the oil after it absorbs its water and saute for 2-3 minutes. Then add the spices.
  • Place the potatoes on the plate, leaving space in the middle. Add the yoghurt to the space you left and put the meat on top of the yoghurt.
  • You can serve it by garnishing it with finely chopped parsley and/or green pepper.
