How to Make Fried Rice?

1.Step: First of all, prepare the onion, garlic and carrot by finely chopping them.

2.Step: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the oil.

3.Step: Add the garlic and onion and fry for 30-40 seconds. Then add the carrot and sauté for a few more minutes.

4.Step: Move all the ingredients to one side of the pan.

5.Step: Break the eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper and beat.

6.Step: Pour the egg into the empty part of the pan. Cook, stirring constantly.
