With this recipe, we have 24 small slices of bread and each slice is only 1g net carbohydrate. Of course, I made this calculation according to my own pattern. You can also calculate your carbohydrates based on your number of slices. The entire recipe is 24g net carbs.

How to Make Keto Tahini Bread
- Put the egg, sugar, salt, tahini and water into the mixing bowl. Beat it.
- Add the baking powder and baking soda. Pour the vinegar over it, foam will form. Continue whisking until it becomes homogeneous.
- Mix quickly and pour into the greased mold. I used silicone mold.
- You can sprinkle sesame seeds on it. Bake in the oven at 180°C or 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
Note: Make sure it is cooked thoroughly or it will deflate. Time may vary from oven to oven. Mine cooked in exactly 34 minutes. Both the top and bottom were browned beautifully, you can see:

- 1 cup tahini 250g
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp baking powder
