How to Make Hamburger Patties?
Step 1: Add ketchup, salt and pepper to the ground beef, knead all the ingredients. (Do not knead too much)
Step 2: Divide into portions of approximately 100-120 grams. Remember that meat will shrink when cooked.
Step 3: Shape the meatballs with your hands or use a burger press.
******Before using the burger press, wet it with water first. That will prevent the meat from sticking it. Or use plastic wrap on both sides..
Step 4: You can cook hamburger patties in a pan or in the oven. Be careful not to overcook and dry it.
Step 5: Bake in the oven at 200°C/400°F for 20 minutes.
